Happy Birthday Blake

Sunday, April 14 Blake turned 10. Double digits. He wanted omelettes for his birthday breakfast and then he opened his presents.

As mentioned before, Blake is really into cars. His favorite (currently) is a Corvette Stingray.

We also found this engine for him to put together to learn more about how engines work.

And a model of his favorite car.

My brother sent him a model of a Ferrari, which he loves.

The day before, Grandma and Gramps took him birthday shopping and he picked out this

Great Grandma sent him some money.

Grandma and Grandpa Johnson sent him some money a couple days after his birthday and I didn't take a picture.

The boys gave Grandpa happy birthday card, since his was a few days before he came out.

This is what the card said inside. Dylan drew Blake winning the race--totally beating Grandpa.

After church, the guys worked on the engine.

He requested potato soup for dinner. This is his favorite dinner!

Then we had an ice cream birthday cake.
