Visit with Angie

My friend, and former co-worker, Angie moved to Texas last year and was in town for a visit.

We were at Angie's aunt's house, who had a fake cow in her yard. We thought that was a natural spot for a picture.

It was really hot, but fun!

Blake loved the turtles.

One of Blake's favorite books has a character named Fireman Joe. Blake found some boots and a helmet in his room just like Fireman Joe.

We made donuts the other day. I kind of think Blake liked them.

Joys of Forts

We haven't ever built a fort with Blake, but the other day he decided that he was going to build a house, which may come before building a fort? He did remember to build his house with windows.

My sister-in-law got this for the midget. Midget is due in November and Blake has no idea how much his little world is going to change. The midget is really long and during an ultrasound, he was completely stretched out so apparently he likes to make himself comfortable.
