San Francisco Day 1

A couple weeks ago Aaron had to go to San Francisco for work, so we tagged along. We left on a Friday and came back the following Saturday. It was in the 60s most of the days. It wasn't fun to come back to 100 degree weather in Texas. Now I understand why everyone leaves for the entire summer here in Texas.

The boys were so excited to go on a trip. Here they are in the airport waiting to board the plane.

I sat with Dylan and Aaron and Blake sat a couple rows behind us.

We took a taxi from the airport to our hotel. It was the boys' first time in a taxi so they were excited. We were just outside the financial district. We were on the 27th floor and had an awesome with fun views. The boys noticed how tall things were built and how close together all the buildings are....oh, and all the hills. Very different from where we live.

Across the street from our hotel was a park. It had a Martin Luther King Memorial (shown above) with a cool waterfall. It also had real grass (unlike Texas grass) and a park, which we went to every day.

We also checked out the workout room. For some reason  this is the coolest thing for them at a hotel.

After we hit the gym, we got some dinner, then went to bed. It is always fun traveling to a different time zone.
